When we are not hosting a local independent food truck, we have our little pub menu featuring hot chips/onion rings/poppers/flatbreads. I mean, who doesn't love hot chips, but we are hard at work at a more substantial menu here at Volstead to go with our ever-changing draft list.

A little behind in posting this week, but better late than never. Here is our food truck schedule for the week.

Ahhh, yes, the Hazy Sir Sauvin is back in cans at the brewery this week. A true show case of the Nelson Sauvin hop, with the usual crushed gooseberry and sauvignon blanc characteristics we all crave and love.

So, as you can see, even with a change of ownership about a month ago, we are grinding out some great Volstead classics.

Speaking of change, we are modifying our hours of operations while working on a few projects in the bar area. For the next few weeks, we will be closed on both Mondays and Tuesdays. We'll keep you posted in the coming weeks of other changes to our hours.
