It has taken a hot minute for the dust to settle on Salut Salut’s last week & night trading at The Welder but we just wanted to say a massive thank you to all of our amazing community!

For those that managed to pop in during the last week & beyond… you guys have been awesome! We miss you & look forward to sharing a drink & catchup at our new venue in the New Year!

Until we can firm up dates keep your eyes peeled for glimpses of our progress on here… In the meantime a few pics of our final hurrah… it’s been awesome!

Our wine of the week is this ethereal Chardonnay appropriately termed ‘Urchins’ this Chardonnay has vibrant citrus, salted white peach & a savoury seaside character… a rarity to pour & simply a must try while the bottles last!

Our wine of the week is this delicious, vibrant dry Muscat from Castilla La Mancha in Central Spain. This wine has fresh ripe flavours of lychee & white peach, elderflower & cherry blossom with a rounded texture & nectarine skin acidity… a fun juicy spring drop!

We are excited to announce we are moving!

Our future Sydenham location at 14 Durham Street is where we have some exciting plans in the works…

More details on this as we progress, but for the moment there is the bitter sweet news that Friday the 11th of October will be the last night of Salut Salut trading at The Welder.

A massive shout out to our amazing Welder Work fam who have made the last 4 years awesome… you guys have been a life force of love & support that words simply cannot express how grateful we are for you all & how much you will be missed.

But pivot we must & family you will always be!

To all our amazing community of epic humans please come say hello & have a final cheers before or on the 11th.

Our wine of the week is this juicy Austrian red, made from a blend of Blaufrankish & Pinot Noir; giving flavours of rich ripe plums & raspberries with tart cherry acidity & a mineral line that keeps this fresh & bright🍷😍

Our wine of the week is this delicious Beaujolais. This wine has concentrated rich flavours of juicy red plums, cassis, hints of vanilla, cinnamon & a bright tart cherry finish that keeps this chilled red refreshing & moorish 🍷🔥🍷😍
