We’re closed today for Labour Day, and for good reason.

We’re giving our wonderful team the day to rest and celebrate before the Summer season gets going. They’ve earned it, and we couldn’t do it without them.

Last Thursday was a true w**e and food masterclass, with the w**emaker in house. Anika Willner, who has made the w**es at Coal Pit since 2018, poured ten of them at one long table in our private dining room, five vintages of Tiwha among them. Chef Kirsten del Valle matched a course to every pour.
