Here’s a new one! ( for me at least)

Probably now my number one pale of all time and trust me there’s a few good pales I’ve had before, don’t get put off by the elderflower like I would’ve, it’s a perfect blend of smooth with just a subtle hint of elderflower flavouring to provide a nice sweet taste! 🍻

ANNOUNCEMENT:

The male voice choir sea shanty spin off group is back again this Thursday! With how popular the gents were last time we knew we had to do a round 2. Cheese kicks off at 7:30 with the gents beginning their singing around 9:30 till close 🍻

Full b**r bank holiday🍺🍺

Full lineup over the weekend with more ready to go! It may be wet outside but thankfully it doesn’t rain in the pub unless Keith knocks your pint over!

We also have our charity raffle in support of headways happening on Sunday with lots of excellent prizes to be won and pulled pork to be eaten it’s lining up to be a fantastic day!

In some more exciting news the bottom third of our skittle alley ( ‘the dodgy bit’) has been completely ripped up and replaced, with the whole alley getting some much needed TLC too! This does mean our alley is completely out of action until next weekend but we can’t wait to get it up and running and see how hard and fast Nathan can bowl down it

Sending summer off the right way!

Next Sunday the 30th of august we will be hosting a raffle in support of Headways, a fantastic charity helping people navigate life after a brain injury.

There are some fantastic prizes up for grabs with many coming from local businesses proud to support the work that these guys do!

We’d love to see as many of you as possible showing support so to sweeten the deal we will have a full selection on the bar as well as serve hot pork rolls whilst stocks last.

The pub will open normally at 12pm with the raffle draw taking place at 4pm and live music by Jack Forster Music to finish off the night starting at 6:30pm 🍻

God what a scorcher!

We hope you’re all coping as well as can be with the heat, but if you’re struggling it’s the perfect excuse to get down to the pub! We are FULLY AIR CONDITIONED throughout the building, guaranteed satisfaction with a nice break from the heat.

On top of this cheese night will still go ahead (again thanks to the wonderful aircon) with a start time of around 6:30 as we will bring platters down as soon as they’re prepared to avoid them melting in our accommodation.

Get yourselves down for a nice pint and get rewarded with cheese and air con for braving the journey 🍻❄️🧀

Extra special treat for cheese night 🧀

As normal our cheese night will commence at 7pm, joining us at 9:30 however is a spin-off group of the Worcester male voice choir! The group will be performing sea shanties in full costume ahead of their performance in Weston this weekend!

We hope as many of you can join us as possible for this fantastic evening 🍻
