You asked, you enquired and many of you even booked without it, but here it is… Ladies and gentlemen we present our 2026 Christmas menu!!

Order what you want, how you want, when you want and with who you want, it couldn’t be easier. Forget the stress this Christmas, just let your hair down and enjoy it!

Starting on Friday 27th November and running all the way till Christmas Eve, our Christmas À la Carte menu will be served both Lunch and Dinner time, Tuesday through to Saturday, with our top notch roasts being served on Sundays.

If you book in before the end of September, we will give your table a free bottle of wine on us, as cheeky little Christmas present from all of us at The Shoes 🤍

Introducing, ‘Set menus at The Shoes’! Enjoy 3 courses, every Sunday for just £28 (and no, we never skimp on the portion size either).

Perfect for those long lounging Sundays, team it up with a glass of our favourite wine and you’re in for a winner.

As an added bonus, we have the last instalment of Jazz in the Garden Hosted by Rory McInroy today from 3pm.

We are so sorry to have to say that Becca, our beloved GM at our sister pub The White Swan in Whitchurch has tragically passed away. All our thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends and our team at the Swan.

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we are having to write this. We are so deeply sorry to say that our beloved Becca passed away over the weekend whilst away on holiday.

All our thoughts and condolences are with her family at this time.

Becca was much loved by all of the team at the White Swan and our amazing locals.

At this time, we will not be saying any more, out of respect for Becca’s family. The pub will be closed today and tomorrow, and we will update you all in due course.

Our priority at this time whilst we try and comprehend this tragedy is Becca’s family and our team.

The temps may have dropped just in time for the bank holiday (typical) but that doesnt stop the fun!

Join us for the bank holiday weekend with a couple special treats for you!

First up from 12pm - 3pm (or when we run out) we have the ever popular Tommy's Tapas. A delightful selection of small tapas style dishes (see menu below)

Then into the evening from 5pm, we’re super excited to present our first ever Horseshoes award evening! Celebrating all our amazing customers.

So dress to impress, enjoy a few cold ones and celebrate everything Shoes. Plus we may have a cheeky suprise to end the night…
