A modern dining pub in the Oxfordshire town of Witney on the edge of the Cotswolds. Set in an 18th-century building with low ceilings and original beams and with a large courtyard garden. We serve modern British food that is simple, clean and pared-back. Menus are inventive and changed weekly inspired by the best seasonal ingredients sourced locally from a local farms, butchers, cheesemakers and vegetable growers.

Weekend feels…. It’s finally here again. We have to say, we love the weekend! As we meander deeper into November we are finding that the fire and our cozy corners are becoming more and more delightful. We are open from 12:00 today serving lunch and serving dinner from 6pm. We are, of course, open all day for drinks. On Saturday and Sunday we serving food all day with some wonderful specials on the menu all weekend but don’t forget our fabulous Sunday roasts too!

The Hollybush is the perfect place for Christmas parties - whether that’s a small gathering for family, an office Christmas party or just a Christmas dinner with friends. Our menus have been created by head chef, Simon Bradley, to showcase the best seasonal local produce. You’ll find Christmas classics like Roast Turkey and Christmas pudding, or if you are looking for something a bit different there’s plenty to choose from and, of course, vegetarians and vegans are well looked after.

Reservations are available for both Lunch and Dinner. Lunch is priced at £26.50 for 2 courses and £31.50 for 3 courses. Dinner is priced at £28.00 for 2 courses and £34.00 for 3 courses.

We are also offering 3 courses for the price of 2 - 23rd to 30th November
Please note we will not confirm a Christmas Fayre reservation until the full deposit of £10 per person is payed.

Christmas Fayre party options available for small intimate groups, large private dining options and even the option to hire out the entire pub at a very reasonable rate 🎄
