Recent GUARDIAN article:

💃 Did you know that salsa dancing is good for your mind as well as your body? 🧠❤️

A recent University of Oxford study, featured in The Guardian, found that an eight-week salsa programme helped reduce symptoms of depression and social anxiety while increasing happiness in young adults with mild to moderate symptoms. Researchers believe it’s the combination of movement, music, learning, and social connection that makes salsa so powerful. (The Guardian)

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, boost your confidence, or simply have fun, salsa offers something for everyone.

✨ No partner needed.
✨ Beginners always welcome.
✨ Come along, learn something new, and experience the joy of dancing!
