Thanks Arriva for yet again letting down my staff who rely on you to get to work. Why has no X93 turned up for 2 hours at Middlesbrough Bus Station? Nothing said to anyone at the bus station. The app says the buses are on time, then they disappear. Same poor service on the X4 - always late, often cancelled. Drivers who drive past people at stops or don't stop when the bell has been rung. Or drivers who smash the bus into the side of Lythe Bank, stop the bus, don't say anything to anyone either on or off the bus, stay on the phone for 20 minutes, get back in the bus without a word and drive on. (I was on that bus). It's like you have a monopoly or something... oh wait...
