Our second birthday celebration at Hambleton Grange this week as we send Many Happy Returns to Sheila who started the day with cards and presents and later with a visit from two of her sons who brought her a lovely cake, fizz and roses.

Residents were delighted to see Ziggy with his handler Sylvia. Always a pleasure when therapy dog Ziggy visits our residents.

We were delighted to have a visit from Kate Desmond, Managing Director of Bridge Oak on Monday.

She officially welcomed us to the group and brought this fabulous cake which was enjoyed by all the staff and residents.

We have been recruiting at Hambleton Grange and it appears a Spooky staff member slipped in🎃

In preparation for Saturday residents and staff had great fun carving pumpkins which now adorn the entrance to our Home.

Carrying on our Halloween theme we made some friendly pumpkin decorations in our Art session with Lucy.

After some delightful spooky decorating last week we carried on the Spooky theme throughout the week even this week’s exercises were included with a witch leading.
