Move over N’duja Scotch Egg… there’s a new snack in town!
Introducing our Middle White Pork Sausage Roll with Green Peppercorn Sauce.
Middle White pork mixed with slow cooked onions, chopped sage, a little ground fennel seed and nutmeg, all wrapped up in flaky rough puff pastry and baked until beautifully golden.
And then there’s the sauce…
Green, black & pink peppercorns, plenty of shallots, Dijon mustard and a generous splash of brandy, finished with rich beef stock and a good dollop of thick cream.
Golden, flaky, peppery and made for dipping.
