Pan roasted seabass, Champagne velouté, wilted greens, fondant potato and tarragon oil.

Beech smoked and pressed beef short rib, Guinness glaze, burnt onion purée, confit baby carrots and malt crumb.

To finish, chocolate fondue to share, milk chocolate, strawberries, mini doughnuts, marshmallows and brownie.
