The Red Lion is NOT closing and is NOT closed for good.

We are still open for drinks from 3pm Monday to Friday and from 12 noon Saturday and Sunday!

Our live music and regular events will also continue!

Unfortunately, our kitchen will remain temporarily closed for a little while a major gas issue is fully rectified. This work is essential to ensure the safety of our staff and customers and that is our main priority at present!

We will keep you all updated with genuine updates regarding the pub or kitchen on our official page, so please don’t believe everything you may hear elsewhere.

🍻 OUR WEEKEND UPDATE 🍻

We’ll be reopening the bar from 3pm tomorrow! Unfortunately, our kitchen will remain closed throughout the weekend all bookings will be contacted tomorrow with some special deals to apologise for any inconvenience caused

🌾 SATURDAY – OPEN FROM 12PM

Join us for our village’s fantastic Scarecrow Trail! We’ll be serving hot dogs and ice cream on the decking, and the bar will be open—so why not finish the trail with a nice cold pint? 🍺

🎸 SATURDAY NIGHT

The fantastic Dust Raiders will be getting the weekend started just right with some brilliant live music from 8pm

🎶 SUNDAY

Our bar will be open all day, and we’re continuing our weekend of live music with the phenomenal RAIN live from 6.30pm

Here at the Red Lion, the safety of our staff must come first. At present, keeping the kitchen closed is the safest decision for everyone.

Due to the ongoing issue with the gas the red lion will remain closed today we are working to get this fixed and hopefully be back up and running for Friday.

We may not be fully operational by then but the bar will be open and we will be open for business for drinks ice cream and hot dogs on Saturday for the villages annual scarecrow festival

There will be a further update later today.

We have had to close wdue to a gas related issue I am sorry for any inconvenience when we have any updates we will be sharing asap.
