Thank you to everyone who joined us for Saturday’s dog walk! We rather lucked out with the weather, and the dogs made the very most of it (a few enthusiastic swims included). 🌞

By the end, it’s fair to say there were some very content, and slightly soggy, companions ready for a well-earned rest.

We’ve been soaking up a glorious bit of sunshine at the Prae Wood Arms today, and with the garden bar in full swing, it felt like summer had well and truly arrived ☀️🍹

So, we thought… why not do it all over again tomorrow?

🐾 Save the date🐾

Our Spring Dog Walk returns on 18th April! Join us for a gentle ramble through the surrounding fields and footpaths, perfect for both two-legged and four-legged friends to stretch their legs and enjoy the fresh air.

We’ll meet at the pub at 9:30am for a complimentary bacon sandwich and hot drink, before setting off at 10am for a relaxed walk of around a couple of hours, returning around midday, just in time for a well-earned drink or perhaps a spot of lunch.

If you’d like to join us, please reserve your free place so we know how many bacon rashers to count out. 🐾🥓🚶‍♂️

The Prae Wood Arms Beer Festival is just around the corner… and it’s shaping up rather nicely. 🍻

Join us from 12th–14th June for a weekend of good cheer, with over 35 beers and ciders to work your way through, plenty to tempt both the curious sipper and the seasoned enthusiast. Our garden kitchen will be in full swing, the horse box will be pouring Prosecco and gin specials, and we’ll have live music to see you through both Saturday and Sunday. 🥂

Entry is free, so all that’s left to do is pop your name on the guest list via our website and join us for what promises to be a splendid weekend in the garden.🥳

Join us between 10am and 11:30am for our Easter Monday Petting Farm, where little ones can meet some friendly furry faces and enjoy a morning of springtime fun.

Tickets are £8.95 per child, which includes entry to the petting farm and a soft drink for each child. Meanwhile, grown-ups can settle in with a comforting cup of tea or coffee while the children make new farmyard friends.☕️🐣

Join us on 5th April for our Easter Egg Hunt, where little ones can set off in search of hidden treasures, before collecting a chocolate egg and a shiny medal at the finish line.

Tickets are £7.95 per child, each session lasts 30 minutes, and while the children are busy hunting, grown-ups can settle in with unlimited tea and coffee.
