🤩 That’s The Eyre Arms Charity day of 2026 over and out! 🎉

What a beautiful summers day it was! The sun was in full force ☀️

As you all know, this year we decided to raise money for Leukaemia that goes to the Sheffield children’s hospital in which they can carry on giving the children who sadly suffer from this awful disease a fighting chance.

We are so thrilled to announce that we have raised a huge £2073,47 🥰

That is even more than last year and all of that comes purely from the stalls and the activities that were happening all around the pub.

We want to say a huge heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who helped us do this!

Firstly to our amazing landlord and landlady, Rob and Dot! They have again gone above and beyond to fund the singer, the DJ, the magician and the wipeout challenge just to help raise funds and to make the day special.
- To all volunteers which incudes all the stall holders and everyone who helped set up!
- To Paulette for spending hours putting posters up
- To Jenny and Sam for being there all day helping us
-To the Duckeries Metal Detecting Club for doing digs to raise money for today
- Russ for making loads of cakes and organising the digs
- To all who donated prizes!
- Ragle the beagle for making an appearance
- The entertainment
- The Fury family for donating gifts and the signed boxing gloves we manage to auction off for £355!
- To all the staff here at the Eyre Arms
And most importantly of all - Rachel for doing everything in her power to make this day a success! So thank you Rachel!

When?

What to expect -

✅ Guaranteed fun and laughter 🤭
✅ Cold pints flowing all day (Yes we’ve got plenty of Dragonfly) 🍺 😉
✅ Delicious burgers and hot dogs 🍔 🌭
✅ All money raised goes to Sheffield Children’s Hospital for leukaemia

🕕 12:00 sharp - pub and stalls open 🍷
🕧 12:30 - a visit from a very special beagle 🐶
🕐 1:00 - 3:00 🕒 Magic tricks from a fabulous magician 🤹‍♂️
🕑 2:00 - 4:00 🕓 The very talented Smudge is singing 🎶
🕑 2:00 - 5:00 🕔 Who’s brave enough to take on the inflatable challenge? 💪
🕓 4:00 - The auction of Tyson Fury’s boxing glove and memorabilia 🎤 🥊
🕔 5:00 - Raffle with some amazing prizes 🎟️
🕔 5:00 - 8:00 🕗 DJ Sam is back so get those dancing shoes on! 🕺
🕗 8:00 - close - Keep on drinking! 🍻

What else is going on?

▪️ A visit from a couple of dogs from Doris Branham Dog Rescue 🐶 (They will have their own donation box if you would like to donate)

All stalls and activities will be in the front and back garden. With the DJ located in the restaurant.

‼️ PLEASE NOTE ‼️

❌ NO smoking or va**ng in the back garden (you can smoke/vape in the smoking shelter or in the front. There are plenty of ash trays so please use them
▪️ Children MUST be supervised at all times
▪️ Whilst dogs are normally not allowed in the back garden, we are allowing this for charity day only
▪️ Dogs MUST be on leads at all times and not allowed past the bar area under any circumstances
▪️ We will not tolerate any abuse towards staff or other members of the public. If this happens you will be asked to leave the premesis immediately
▪️ ⚠️ DO NOT go past any taped off areas for your own safety! ⚠️

The most important thing is to have FUN as a community and raise as much money for charity as possible!
