🥓 SUNDAY STARTS WITH BACON BUTTIES…

We’re opening bright and early at 10.30am this Sunday ahead of Norwich City v Bolton (KO 1.30pm) — with our legendary bacon butties to get you started. ⚽💛💚

We’re then open right through until 6pm, so you can pop back after the match too.

🍕 Before that, well there’s Saturday… BOGOF pizzas tomorrow night — buy one pizza and get the cheapest one FREE. We've got a packed schedule for the rest of this year so this could be the last BOGOF Pizza Saturday for a while!

And all weekend there’ll be what we do best: fab beer, great pizza, fabulous company ☺️

Thank you to everyone who commented when I asked whether we should keep using Rosie for our footy posts. The answer was a unanimous YES! ❤️

So our little footy mascot will still be here, scarf on, letting you know what's what for home footy at The Rose.

And she’s got an early one for you this week…

✂️ Our Paula’s doing something pretty special…

You’ll know Paula from Tipsy Easel, the footy crew and generally being a lovely familiar face around The Rose 🌹

Well, she’s decided to part with a LOT of hair! Her beautiful hair currently reaches right down to her bum and she’s having a big chunk of it cut off to donate to The Little Princess Trust, helping to provide real-hair wigs for children and young people who have lost their own hair.

The big chop will be happening here at The Rose on Saturday 31st October — more details on that nearer the time.

In the meantime, Paula’s also fundraising for the charity, so if you can spare a few pounds to support what she’s doing, it would be hugely appreciated ❤️

We’ll be making plenty more noise about this one as the big day gets closer! ✂️🌹

It’s all looking rather marvellous at The Rose this weekend...

We’ve got some cracking beer on the pumps as always, as well as delicious pizzas served 6-8.30pm tonight & tomorrow.

Then tomorrow night DJ Badger is back with Vinyl Mayhem. He had everyone up dancing at Rose Fest, so we’re looking forward to doing it all over again! 😁

But first… Friday night. Beer. Pizza. Pub

I need your help with this one 💛⚽️

For years, Rosie in her NCFC scarf has been my go-to picture whenever I post about what we’re doing for home games — she became a bit of an unofficial Rose footy mascot along the way!

Now she’s no longer with us, I wasn’t sure whether I should carry on using it, or retire it and use something else for our footy posts.

Part of me thinks it would be lovely for her to carry on as our little footy mascot, but what do you think?
