The bank holiday weekend is here and the sun will be bathing our beautiful town in glory!
We will be open all week from 5pm until late (with the exception of Tuesday when we will be enjoying the beaches). Our last bookings are at 9pm. Let’s get this summer started with fresh fish, succulent steaks and everything in between!

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the wonderful, magnificent Mums in our Bistro universe. Whilst we might not be able to offer this kind of sunset alongside our menu on this slightly overcast Sunday we definitely do have Rib-Eye steaks, fresh Hake risotto and homemade sticky toffee pudding on our specials board ❤️

Everyday we are so grateful to do what we do in the most beautiful of places but when the sun pays a visit on the eve of St Piran’s Day it hits a little bit deeper ❤️ We are so blessed here at the Bistro with the most incredible local produce from our wonderful suppliers Matthew Stevens Cornish Fish and Williams & Son Butchers. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality make my job in the kitchen such a joy. Thanks guys ☺️

As we head into a New Year, Trevor and I look back on 2025 with love and gratitude. Love for all the family, friends, staff, customers and suppliers that motivate us, cheer us on, work their socks off and make every day sunny, cheerful and a pleasure.
We are so grateful that 2026 sees us heading into our 8th year at the restaurant and it could not be done without the immense support from all of you. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We wish everyone a happy, healthy and peaceful 2026. Much love ❤️
