We’ve already got a brilliant FOH team in place — full of personality, energy and potential. Now we’re looking for the right senior people to lead, develop and take them to the next level.

We’re recruiting for:

⭐ GENERAL MANAGER
Lead the venue, develop our people and drive the Bricklayers forward.

👨‍🍳 HEAD CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER
Take ownership of our kitchen, standards, team and food operation.

🔪 SOUS CHEF
Support the Head Chef, help lead the kitchen team and play a key part in delivering consistently great food.

We’re looking for experienced hospitality people who love developing teams, setting high standards and getting stuck in.
