🥾 Yesterday our lovely Lizzie took on our annual B&P Tri-Eryri Challenge. Staring out with a 12km hike through the Welsh mountains battling up and down Tryfan’s scree slopes fighting against 45mph winds and not to mention a hail and snow storm at the top! 🚵 Next was a 16km forest Bike trail and then a 3km kayak to finish off… 🛶 just in case she wasn’t worn out enough!

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week! 🗣️

So we’re holding an Afternoon Tea Raffle, the idea is to encourage people to get together and open up to one another! Get talking! 🙌🏼

Raffle tickets are sold this week only for £5 a ticket! 🎫

All proceeds go to Mental Health Shropshire ☀️

Very sadly, due to circumstances out of our control we have had to postpone our Retro Night. It will now be in September instead of Friday 15th May.
Thank you so much to everyone for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you in September where we will come back bigger better and, ready to dance the night away!
