This Is Why I Love You - Pale Ale - Polly's Brew Co.

Hopped with Citra (Lupocore & Lupomax, concentrated hop pellets that contain the dense essential oils, eliminating any raw hop burn or vegetal astringency.) for pure tropical dankness & the relatively new U.S. hop, Zumo. Oozing lime zest & sweet orange flavors.

Resulting in an absolute juice bomb of a Pale with a smooth velvet mouthfeel. Bursting with fresh orange, grapefruit and passionfruit. With earthy dank notes for good measure. Punching well above it's 4.2% ABV. It won't hang around for long.

With this b**r, Polly's are encouraging the hospitality industry push to reduce UK VAT to 10% to help hospitality & independent bars like us.

We’re bringing a little bit of Nashville to Crewe as Thunder and Rain join us at Roots at Ebenezer’s!

Expect thunderous banjo, soaring fiddle, stunning three-part harmonies and a brilliant mix of bluegrass, Americana and newgrass from a trio who have shared stages with Billy Strings, Peter Rowan and The Kruger Brothers.

**UPDATE**

We are very much looking forward to welcoming Danny Ward aka balaphonic to the shop on Thursday to celebrate the release of his new album, ‘Organic Matters’. 😊

Danny will be taking us through the album and the music that inspired it. 🙌

The album is officially released the following day but we’ve been given the OK from NuNorthern Soul to let attendees collect / buy on the night. And of course get them signed. 🙌

What’s more, shop friend Steve Wood from DJ collective Steve, Chris, Finster & Sam will be hosting the official after party in Ebenezers1857 straight after, with a set made up of exclusively NuNorthern Soul releases! 👊

A juicy IPA combining Citra & Mosaic hops to bring you the quintessential New England IPA. Expect big juicy flavours of bright citrus, berries and a little dankness.

🕊️ The Bird Of A Thousand Voices | IPA | 6% 🕊️
Cashmere gives sweet melon and ripe stone fruit. Backed up by Talus and Sabro Cryo. Sabro is tropical with coconut cream, while Talus gives grapefruit & resinous notes.

Designed to capture the pungent, skunky essence of cannabis without THC or C*D.
