MEET THE TEAM: THEO
It’s time to introduce another familiar face from behind the scenes at The White Gate – Theo, one of our chefs.
At just 23, Theo has already spent four years working in the hospitality industry and has been part of The White Gate team since the day we opened our doors.
For Theo, the kitchen is definitely where his heart lies. Ambitious and passionate about his career, his ultimate goal is to one day become a Head Chef – and perhaps even lead the kitchen in an establishment of his own.
When it comes to our menu, Theo’s favourite dish to cook is the Beef Wellington, while his favourite to eat is our NEW Buttermilk Chicken. Away from The White Gate menu, Thai food takes the top spot as his favourite cuisine.
