Our Summer Fayre is fast approaching, and we only have a handful of stall spaces left!

📅 Saturday 1st August
🕛 12pm – 5pm
📍 The Hartshead, Prospect Road, Hartshead

We're looking for local businesses, crafters, makers, food vendors and community groups who would like to showcase what they do at one of our biggest events of the summer.

With plenty of visitors expected throughout the day, it's a fantastic opportunity to promote your business, sell your products and connect with the local community.

⚠️ Spaces are now very limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
If you'd like one of the remaining stalls, send us a message as soon as possible for more information.

After the success of our first Summer Fayre and two fantastic Christmas Fayres, we’re so excited to bring you our second Summer Fayre — and this year it’s extra special as we celebrate Yorkshire Day! 💛

📅 Saturday 1st August
⏰ 12pm – 5pm
📍 The Hartshead, Prospect Road

We’re inviting local businesses to be part of the day by hosting a stall at our fayre. It’s a great opportunity to showcase what you do, meet the community, and be part of a brilliant day full of fun, food, and entertainment!

Expect a lively atmosphere, family-friendly activities, and a proper Yorkshire celebration 🇬🇧✨

🐷❤️ WOW… WHAT A DAY! ❤️🐷

We just want to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who helped make A Pig in May such an incredible success in support of Yorkshire Air Ambulance 🚁

Firstly, thank you to all of our amazing customers who came down, supported the event, bought food and drinks, joined in the fun and helped us create such a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day ☀️🍻

A huge thank you to the businesses whose generosity helped make the event possible:

🐖 Haighs Farm Shop for their incredibly generous donation of the pig
🥖 Watson's Bakery for kindly donating the bread
🍖 James, Simon Watson and stuart for taking the time and getting up at 3 this morning to get the hog on

We also want to give a special shoutout to our fantastic staff, Caitlin White and Ruby Hardy, who worked so hard all day and helped keep everything running smoothly we couldn’t have done it without you both ❤️
