Shining a light on the wines of Southern Portugal.

Join us this June for our Last Thursday Tasting Upstairs at Little Swift as we welcome Ricardo, founder of Portuguese Story. We'll share the wines & stories of the winemaker from this beautiful region.

We wanted to highlight winemakers affected by storms this Spring & share their experience over their wines. Many of these winemakers are working the land traditionally, even making medieval style of wines, which without their passion & perseverance would all be lost.

So join us to taste, explore, & fall in love with new grapes & winemakers.

She's a stunner!

When we talk about a 'Margate sunset' this is what we mean.

Best enjoyed on the steps, gather friends together, hold your special people close and watch those Turner worthy skies with a cheeky Frozen Marg 🥳🌅.

Tonight's starts around 7pm, without dipping below the see around 8:40ish.

Tell a friend to tell a friend that Margate in the sunshine is a beauty.

Swipe to bring the picture to life.

We love watching people paddle, build sand castles and gather together on the beach. There's an energy to a bustling beach of people enjoying themselves.

If you just walk round the corner or move to the steps it begins to calm. The steps are the perfect viewing platform for the sunset. On the walk towards Walpole Bay you'll find quieter stretches of sand and the Anthony Gormley statue going for a dip too.
