If you’ve enjoyed a plate from our kitchen lately, there’s a good chance Claire had a hand in it. Joining us back in June, she’s become one of those rare chefs who just slots straight in.Steady, smiling and quietly raising the standards every single shift.

If you’ve spotted a tiny burst of sunshine behind the bar or flying around the floor, that’s Nicole. Our ever bubbly front of house star who somehow pours a perfect pint every single time.

She makes her way back to us from Manchester University for her shifts, plates bigger than she is, smile even bigger. Thoughtful, hardworking, and always full of energy. She brightens the place the second she walks in.

We’re so proud of her. Proud of her studying, proud of her graft and proud that she still chooses to stay with us while smashing her degree. 🎓

None of us can quite remember how many years they’ve been coming in and honestly, that’s the magic of it. When you’ve shared that many chats, pints, and laughs, the timeline just melts into one long, lovely tradition.

She knows everyone, looks after our regulars like they’re her own and somehow still finds time to bring goodies in for the team.
