MEET THE TEAM 👨🏻‍🍳

Say hello to Berkley, our Head Chef at The Bell!

Berkley has been part of the Moss & Co family for an incredible 11 years! He started his journey at The Commodore, before moving over to The Maid, before becoming Head Chef at The Bell when it first opened around 8 years ago. He’s been keeping things running in the kitchen ever since!

When he’s not busy cooking up a storm, Berkley loves catching up with friends (when work allows it 😂), playing his weekly game of snooker and, of course, enjoying a good fry up on his day off!

After 11 years, it’s safe to say he’s a big part of the Moss & Co family, and we’re lucky to have him! ❤️

🍺 We’ve got something new on the taps at The Bell!

Say hello to LGM1 Pale Ale from our friends at Green Jack Brewery, just down the road in Lowestoft!

At 4.2%, it’s a lovely refreshing pale ale brewed with Comet and Cascade hops, giving it a delicious mix of citrus and subtle spicy notes.

And here’s a little fun fact… The name LGM1 comes from the first pulsar signal discovered back in 1967, which astronomers nicknamed ‘Little Green Men’!

We love having a good local b**r on the taps, especially one with an interesting story behind it!

🧑🏼‍🍳 MEET THE TEAM | STEVE & ETHAN

Time to introduce two of the faces behind the food here at Moss & Co!

Meet Ethan (left) and Steve (right) – two of our chefs who have actually been working together for quite some time, dating back to their days at Badingham, where Steve was Head Chef and Ethan was Sous Chef!

First up, Ethan!
Ethan has been part of the Moss & Co family for almost 4 years. His go-to drink is a Level Head, and he's a familiar face in the kitchen!

And then there's Steve!
Steve has been with Moss & Co for an impressive 11 years, working across several of our venues!

His favourite dish is a good old steak and kidney suet pudding, and his drink of choice is a hazelnut latte or a Ghost Ship 0%.

Outside of work, Steve loves travelling, long walks (especially his 7am walks!) and spending time with family and friends. He's also a big supporter of Chefs Matter.

And a little fun fact about Steve... he's known for sending the front of house team to the wrong tables because he refuses to wear his glasses! 🤣

Two great members of the team who bring plenty of experience, personality and laughs to the kitchen!
