Wow 3 years already !!!!

Today marks our 3 years of being here at The Ship Inn ☺️

Easter Sunday menu ... £5 pp deposit, id highly recommend pre ordering no matter what size your table, as lamb shanks will be limited to about 30..

As most of you will know by now we have our upcoming 3 year anniversary bash here at the ship SATURDAY THE 28TH OF MARCH. We are already fully booked in the restaurant for our chinese banquet, but we'd love to welcome all of you to our anniversary party starting from 9pm the same evening. We have live music from our head chef Gav's band 'graffitied soul' playing from 915 til 11pm , where he promises to be even more of a liability than normal 🙄🤣
Its going to be an epic night, and 3 years wouldn't have been possible without all your containing support, so please come and celebrate with us

March 28th ! 3 year anniversary at the ship, so im doing an all homemade Chinese tableside banquet. £35 per person, no preorder, you'll just recieve the whole menu to share between your table as starters, then mains, then dessert.
This will sell quickly, so get booking.
Then im jumping out of the kitchen, straight into the band, so my band will be playing from 9 ish until 11
Free entry for the band/ party
So hoping to see as many of you there as poss pls.
I may even include the occasional guitar slt drop ( back and legs depending 🤣)

3 days in... 21 more to go, and we haven't killed each other yet 🤣

Was hoping to get more pictures, but got very busy..
Pretty much full every sitting now through to xmas day, So just wanted to say a massive thanks to all who have supported us at the ship not only this year, but since the beginning nearly 3 years ago. Also , So pleased that our very own kirsty has joined the kitchen team and has been an absolute natural, with some of the best pastry skills I've seen from a commis chef in a very long time.
We are quiet tonight if anyone fancies popping in for a bite off our normal steakhouse menu, but please note we are full tomorrow lunch, tomorrow night, friday lunch, friday night, and only have a few spaces for saturday and sunday lunch. 🎄

P.s , whilst we are in the festive month, don't forget that all the staff are working their butt's off to provide you with the best experience they can, and are missing time with their families etc too. So please be courteous and polite, don't be that person that makes them feel like sh*t.

Looking forward to you all tasting the xmas menu, and for those we won't see, hope you all have a lovely xmas, remember to look after your loved ones, family, and local businesses
