To anyone thinking of drinking or working at the Tudor Rose don’t!!
The new landlord has taken a lovely local pub and turned it into a total sh*t hole!! It may look nice but that’s where it ends!!! The man can’t run his own bath let alone a pub!!
The last few months as long term members of staff from the previous landlords we worked our fingers to the bone to help him build the business and keep it going whilst decorating was done and he settled in!!
In return we have had to deal with, being spoken to like sh*t, made cry, had sexual comments made and been made to feel uncomfortable in the work place!!
We’ve been lied to and had lies told about us!! We’ve been played off against each other and been subjected to two faced behaviour!!
We have had our kindness and hard work thrown in our faces to be told we are too old, not pretty enough and don’t have big enough boobs for the kind of staff he wants to run his bar!!
We have had to help him in his own personal life above and beyond our job roles, we’ve been subjected to indecent sights and behaviour including him greeting us in his pants or naked!!
We all have children to feed and that’s why we tried so hard to keep the pub going in return he has screwed us over and played the victim!!!
