PLEASE JOIN ME, on a lifetime commitment to raise £250,000 for Mental Health Disability projects in our Community (Waveney/Norfolk/Suffolk)

EVERY DONATION MAKES A DIFFERENCE NO MATTER HOW SMALL, EVEN IF WE ALL GIVE JUST £1.

Thank you for reading.

Best wishes

Paul Hammond

Fundraising for Mental Health Disability - providing and supporting positive interaction with introductions to ‘hands on’ alternative therapies via access to arts, culture, music, media, conservation, the environment with counselling/support in one-on-one/group projects.

This is a lifetime undertaking, by Paul Hammond, to fundraise for Mental Health Disability projects in the community of Waveney and surrounding areas of Norfolk and Suffolk. Paul Hammond is undertaking this commitment as he has himself been recovering from C-PTSD for the last six years and sharing his personal experiences to raise awareness and better understanding

This campaign is endorsed by Time to Change (Suffolk), Great Yarmouth & Waveney Mind, Tod Sullivan (Mental Health Ambassador/CEMH Project), Emma Corlett (Labour Count Councillor & Norfolk County Council Mental Health Champion), Peter Aldous MP (Waveney Constituency), Feedback Mental Health and Access Community Trust.

The monies donated to and raised for the BACK TO LIFE Community Fund will be held in Trust by Great Yarmouth & Waveney Mind. The target is to raise a minimum of £250,000 to raise awareness, offer support and provide invaluable assistance to those suffering from this much stigmatised illness.

The definition of Mental Health Disability is wide reaching, it affects many of the population in varying conditions such as PTSD, Complex PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Dementia, OCD, Schizophrenia.

The Community Fund will support members of the public via all recognised, endorsed and established community projects, also new creative and enterprising initiatives that underpin Mental Health. Furthermore, the Community Fund will support members of the armed forces in this area via The Royal British Legion (Lowestoft), The Royal Anglian Regiment, SSAFA (Norfolk), SSAFA (Suffolk) and other specialised projects for veterans affected by Mental Health trauma.

The endorsee’s will meet on a six-monthly basis to discuss progress, future projects, develop funding applications where possible, and make discretionary awards.
