A little love letter to everyone who joined us at HOAX last week ❤️

Thank you to every guest who came through our doors, dined with us, and showed the kitchen some love.

Our Red Prawn Tagliatelle were among last week’s best sellers — homemade tagliatelle, Argentinian red prawns and our homemade bisque, made from the prawn shells for a rich, deep hit of seafood flavour. 🍤🍝

We’re now into the last few weeks of our current menu, so if you’ve got a favourite you’re not ready to say goodbye to, now’s the time.

This is where the magic begins. 🍆

Straight out of the oven, our Italian miso-glazed aubergines emerge beautifully caramelised, incredibly juicy, rich and gently smoky.

From here, they’re paired with silky cauliflower purée, basil foam, Mediterranean crumble and crispy puffed potatoes to create one of our favourite dishes on the menu.

On the night, Alessandro will be behind the bar showcasing a menu of three signature mead cocktails and one alcohol-free creation, sharing the story behind the brand and its mission to redefine how we experience mead.

Discover how one of the world’s oldest fermented drinks is being reimagined for the modern cocktail scene.

Founded in East London, Beyond Mead crafts contemporary mead using raw honey sourced from The Local Honey Man, creating beautifully balanced honey wines designed specifically for cocktails. By treating honey as the hero ingredient, Beyond Mead brings a fresh perspective to modern mixology, inspiring bartenders to create unique, flavour-driven drinks.
