IN MEMORY OF HARRY KEEN

On Saturday 19th September, we’re holding our Rude Bingo Night at Bramshott & Liphook Social Club, raising money for MIND in memory of Harry.

We know not everyone who knew Harry, or who would like to support the night, will be able to join us — so we wanted to give everyone the opportunity to be part of it.

PLEASE GIVE A WARM WELCOME TO OUR NEW FACES TONIGHT!
We have two new members of staff trialling with us this evening, so please do pop over, say hello and help us make them feel welcome.

Starting a new job can be pretty daunting — especially when you walk into a busy club where everyone seems to know everyone except you!
They'll be learning the ropes, getting used to our tills, drinks, members and the general madness that comes with working behind our bar!
Please remember that new staff won't have had full training yet. They'll be learning as they go with support from the team, so things might take a little longer and they may need to ask for help or double-check something.
A little patience, kindness and a friendly face really does go a long way.
We all had a first shift once!
So if you're in tonight, please make them feel like part of the BLSC family rather than the terrified new person behind the bar.
