IMPORTANT NOTICE
Just a heads up to anyone planning on visiting us today... we have an issue with our cellar system and as a result we are very limited on what we are able serve with the lagers and ales. Nick has fixed it best he can and he's been able to get some lines going, while we wait for an engineer. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause some of you and appreciate it may be frustrating, we are trying our best and thank you for your understanding.

PUB QUIZ AND BURGER NIGHT, THURSDAY 14TH MAY @7.30PM
This quiz will be held in support of our friend and local Gina Hatton, who is hiking Mount Snowdon, in memory of her son Josh and raising money for Cruse Bereavement Care.
This quiz will start at 7.30pm and is £3 per person (STRICTLY CASH ONLY).
There will be a raffle held on the night (AGAIN CASH ONLY)
Food options on the evening are as follows:

Hand pressed beef burger, bacon, cheese, gem lettuce, red onion, tomato and mayo.
Halloumi Chunk, Roasted Peppers, gem lettuce, tomato, red onion, sweet chilli mayo.
Chicken breast, bacon, brie, gem lettuce, red onion, tomato, cranberry.
All served with skin on fries.

Tables must be booked in advance and all food must be pre ordered.

Fabulous Quiz Night last night, in aid of Haslemere Food Bank! Thank you to all those that attended and supported both us and the foodbank. The winners, for the second month in a row were the Camelsdale Fatdads Football Club, who very kindly donated their prize money back into the charity pot.
Our next Quiz Night will be on Thursday 14th May at 7.30pm and will be held in support of our friend and local Gina Hatton, who is walking Snowdon at night, raising money for Cruse Bereavement Support, in memory of her son Josh. Please give us a call or message to book your team in, full details and particulars for this evening will follow shortly.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
Due to very last minute communication from the electricity board, our power will be shut off in the next 10 minutes and will remain off until 4pm, while some emergency works are done on the power lines. We will be open but our Kitchen will be closed this lunchtime. We welcome all customers but please be aware will not have any electricity or WiFi.

Last night we held our second Quiz Night to help the lovely Janet and Gemma. These two amazing women are running the London Marathon 2026 for Afasic, a charity that supports families of children with speech and language difficulties. It was a lively, fun evening and I believe they have now reached their target for the charity!! It was so busy I didn't get round to taking photos of the evening, but we hope you all enjoyed yourselves and we thank you all for coming and supporting us, Janet and Gemma, and their chosen charity! We wish you two ladies all the best with your run and thank you for our pretty plant and lovely card!!

For those that wanted a table but didn't manage to get one, we are holding another quiz next Wednesday 4th March, in aid of Haslemere Food Bank. Please give us a call if you'd like to book a table.
