Happy November all, with the new month comes warm fireplaces, new events and our Christmas menu starting on the 27th (further info will follow soon, or check out the fliers around the pub!)

We also have our November artist of the month which is a village local Rachel Vitolo (Rachel Vitolo Art), keep an eye out around our walls to see her work!

Thank you to everyone who came to our Halloween party last night and a special congratulations to our two best costume winners Giovanna and Garry! We hope you all had a great time as we sure did and thanks to Sprinkle of Saffron for the amazing food as always!

Thanks to the litter pickers who turned up today and to Kirk and Stephen for organising this. They picked up 14 bags of rubbish on the roads around the village. Including enough parts to rebuild a mini, 24 quarter vodka bottles and a hair extension! They were rewarded with some tasty snacks at The Crown.

It’s getting spooky down at The Crown ready for our Halloween party this Saturday, with Sprinkle of Saffron here to keep you well fed for the evening! We look forward to seeing you all dressed up (there will be a prized for the best dressed)! 🎃🎃

Another great quiz night down at The Crown, this month we raised £128 for The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal so thank you to everyone who attended, and a special well done to our winning team Pink Pony Club!
We will be back for our next quiz night on the 18th November, so speak to us at the bar or give us a ring to book your table.
