After all the Halloween excitement, we’d love to give your creations one last moment to shine in our pumpkin competition at The Swan 🧡

Bring your carved pumpkin along by 5pm on Sunday 1st November for a chance to win a prize. Free to enter and all ages welcome—little carvers and grown-ups too!

We’ve got a few things happening over Halloween weekend!

🍷 Heading out trick-or-treating? Pop by for a takeaway mulled w**e or hot chocolate to keep you warm along the way!

🪩 Saturday 31st October – we’re bringing back the 70s & 80s with a disco from 8pm, featuring the fabulous Maria Scobey! No fancy dress needed, just come along for a dance! 💃

🎃 Sunday 1st November – our village pumpkin competition! Bring your creations down by 2pm.

🍂🦢 November at The Swan! 🦢🍂

We’ve got another lovely month lined up and plenty of excuses to pop down and join us! 🍷🍻

🎃 We’re kicking things off with our village pumpkin competition on Sunday 1st, followed by live music from Jim Munro & Rosie Andrews on Sunday 8th! 🎶

❓ Our usual quiz night and music bingo are back, along with a charity race night raising money for Alzheimer’s Society! 🏇🎤

🎄 And towards the end of the month, we’re getting into the Christmas spirit with a festive Tropic evening, wreath making and our Christmas party! 🥂✨

We’re really looking forward to another month of good music, good company and plenty of familiar faces around the pub! ❤️

We’ve been busy getting the pub Halloween-ready, and we’ve got a little something for everyone!

🍷 Saturday 31st October – Trick or Treating
Out with the little ones? Pop into The Swan for a mulled w**e or hot chocolate to take with you on your trick-or-treating rounds! We’ll be a cosy stop-off along the way. ☕️

🪩 Saturday 31st October – 70s & 80s Disco
Once the kids have collected their sweets, it’s time for the grown-ups! Join us from 8pm for a night of 70s & 80s favourites with A Big Voice – Maria Scobey. No fancy dress needed, just come along for a drink and a dance!

🎃 Sunday 1st November – Village Pumpkin Competition
Get creative with your pumpkin carving! Drop your creations off at The Swan by 2pm to enter the competition. Prizes for our favourites, and all ages welcome! 🏆

Such a lovely, wholesome evening of skincare, sweet treats and good company! 🩷🧖🏼‍♀️✨

Thank you so much to everyone who joined us last night, and a big thank you to Debbie for taking us through all the gorgeous Tropic products! 💕

We absolutely loved trying everything out… although I think we all ended up spending a small fortune! 🤣🛍️

Not many photos from the evening, but I think we were all too busy pampering ourselves and deciding what to buy! 🌸

We had such a lovely time that we’re doing it all again on Tuesday 24th November! 🎀 This time with a festive twist, helping you plan some lovely Christmas gifts (and maybe a little treat for yourself too!) 🎄💝
