Well, we'll tell you what, this one looks like it might get a bit lively!

Craig and Dan might not be great at coming up with a band name, but they are definitely an explosive double act you won’t want to miss. As frontmen of Gleadhraich (Craig) and Jutebox (Dan) in their own rights, both are multi-talented instrumentalists and separately and collectively have performed around the world. Expect big acoustic sing-a-longs and occasional bagpipe tunes for good measure!

Craig and Dan are both hugely excited to perform for the first time on the Isle of Arran at The PHT, so lets give them a warm island-welcome, get involved, and lose our voices by Sunday.

Shout-out to one of our superstar locals, Sean Higgins.

Sean recently completed the Edinburgh Marathon in memory of his mother Elaine who passed away last year. To make it extra poignant, the race was held on the same date as Elaine’s birthday.

In doing so, Sean has raised a fantastic amount of money for ArCaS, a voluntary organisation here on Arran which for many years has provided invaluable help and support for cancer patients on the island.

We are super lucky to have ArCaS, and we're super lucky to have people like Sean. We know many of you have already donated but if we can help Sean smash through the £10,000 mark then it would absolutely be the reward he deserves ❤️
