As many of you know, over the past year we’ve built a really close relationship with Roughacre Brewery!

They’re an amazing brewery with two fantastic people behind it, and their brilliant b**rs played a huge part in making our first-ever B**r Festival such a success!

Luckily for you, this isn’t goodbye! We’ll still be stocking their b**rs at The Plough, and there’s even a chance we could have our very own Plough B**r coming soon! 👀🍺

So, it's time to share the news...

The brewery and tap room will be moving at the end of the year.

It has been six years since we moved our fledgling brewery to Clare, setting up our first ever tap room. Since then, we have grown our business and learnt tonnes about running a sustainable microbrewery.

Now is the time to move on to the next exciting chapter.

Never fear, the tap room is open as usual, serving pints and roastie feasts until December... after which we will be brewing from our new brewery in Cambridgeshire - and we have an incredible new project on the horizon!

Here is where you can continue to find our b**r from December:

* Delivered weekly to The Plough in Birdbrook, a beautiful pub, 10 minutes down the road and run by a brilliant Clare local, Louie. With at least three of our b**rs on tap each week.

**An Exciting New Chapter: Saffron Walden**

We are thrilled to announce a special partnership with an ancient, historically significant gem: the Old Sun Inn in Saffron Walden.

Supporters and all b**r enthusiasts will be able to enjoy our ales through pop-up jug and bottle events hosted right at the Inn. Come and visit us at our first Christmas pop-up shop running throughout December!

Every pint and bottle sold during these events will help raise vital funds to restore and maintain this remarkable historic landmark. We’ve already crafted a bespoke b**r named after the Old Sun Inn itself, with more exciting collaborations on the way.
