Power cut in Jimmy Deeping! Not a problem at the Giraffe. Candlelight, b**r straight from the barrel and a battery card machine! Drop by but bring a torch if you fancy better vision!

What a great night at the The Thirsty Giraffe last night for our farewell tap takeover! It was fantastic to see so many of our friends there who have supported Bowler's Brewery over the past six years. A sincere thank you to everyone who came along, bought raffle tickets, merchandise and, of course, drank lots of ale!

A special thank you to Steve for hosting the event and presenting us each with a wonderful souvenir Giraffe painting. Oh and also thanks to Darren for twisting everyone's arms to purchase raffle tickets in aid of the splendid Don't Lose Hope charity!

We were also delighted to present Mark from the Priory Church with a cheque for the church organ restoration fund (pictured), raised from the proceeds of our Restoration b**r sales.

And ... we haven't quite gone yet! We still have a few pins of ale left which are destined for the Giraffe, including two for the Dark B**r Festival on 25th November. We will also be selling our popular bottled b**r gift boxes at the Molecey Mill Frost Fair next weekend (6th to 8th November), Bourne Farmers Market on the 15th November and the Market Deeping Christmas Market on the 29th November ... phew! We hope to see you at one of these events.

Cheers! 🍺🍺

A great gathering of b**ry types last night. A farewell to Bowler's Brewery went with a blast with the added bonus of a charity donation to the Priory Church.

Farewell to Bowler's Brewery!

Yes, our final tap takeover is happening this coming Thursday (29th October) at The Thirsty Giraffe in Deeping St James from 7pm. The list of b**rs is now confirmed and includes our Oaked Trinity Porter and a rare cask version of our award winning Hopshackle Restoration brew.

In addition to great b**r there will be cut-price merchandise, a raffle, the usual witty(?) banter and more! We really do hope to see you there.
