🍾 A little reminder to our customers…

I’m getting really fed up with finding empty mini bottles of Prosecco in the pub toilets!

Someone is clearly buying their own alcohol from the shop and bringing it into the pub to drink. Let’s be clear — this is a pub, not a free venue to drink your own alcohol!

Running a pub isn’t just about buying and selling drinks. We have rent/lease, gas, electric, water, staff wages, business rates and that ridiculously expensive sports TV bill to pay, just to name a few! The overheads are endless.

So bringing your own alcohol in, drinking it here and leaving the empties for us to clear up is, quite frankly, taking the p**s!

I’m not naming names, but I know what’s going on. Please don’t mistake my silence for not noticing.

If you want to drink in our pub, please support our pub. This needs to stop.

Thank you to everyone who does support us — it really does mean a lot. ❤️🍻
