The weekend is in sight 😁

Why not try the Escalier cocktail using our Edge Pear Gin!

This was featured on the James Martin Saturday morning show, being made by Merlin Griffiths.

The recipie is:

50mL The Edge Pear Gin
25mL Elderflower cordial
20mL fresh lemon juice
Shake, strain, highball cubed ice
Top with 75mL medium cider.
Garnish with conference pear slice.

Happy Valentine’s Day everyone ♥️

** AMOUR ROUGE MARTINI **
This cocktail is based on the Strawberry Martini, and is the perfect drink to make for your Valentine come 14 February.
INGREDIENTS
60ml Edge London Dry Gin
5 small strawberries, hulled
15ml simple syrup
2 twists of black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle (crush) the strawberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add some ice and all the other ingredients. Shake and strain through a fine sieve into a Martini glass. Garnish with another strawberry.
