Our wonderful barista Amber has been part of the team since the very beginning, joining us when we first opened over four years ago. She has become a highly valued member of the team, bringing plenty of coffee expertise to every shift. We know many of our customers will recognise her friendly face behind the coffee machine! ✨️

Known for making the perfect flat white, Amber takes real pride in every cup she serves and always goes the extra mile to make sure our customers are looked after.

As our in-house vegetarian of 19 years, Amber is also the go-to person for veggie & vegan menu recommendations. Her current favourite is our delicious Welsh Rarebit, paired perfectly with an Iced Americano with oat milk. ☕️🧀
