a rather good day out 🍺🚜

yesterday we swapped the pub for the Cotswolds and embarked on our very own little Jeremy Clarkson farm pilgrimage - Hawkstone brewery → Diddly Squat Farm Shop → The Farmer's Dog Pub, with plenty of ‘taste testing’ along the way 😉🍻

a huge thank you to the team at Hawkstone for having us and showing us around the brewery. we came away with plenty of new knowledge, a much greater appreciation for what goes into making a great pint, and, naturally, a few notes from the tasting department - very important research 🧐

most importantly, days like this remind us what makes The Gate tick - the people behind it 💪

so here’s to our brilliant team, who keep the wheels turning, the pints pouring and the whole thing working day in, day out 😊
