Our DJ Harlot has always disliked Ed Sheeran. 9 years ago she started a tongue-in-cheek petition on change.org proclaiming that he needed to GET IN THE SEA. It seems she was ahead of her time. That little joke made its way onto our poster - there he is, floundering in the waves, as the good ship Caroline of Brunswick sails on by. Not taking a side IS taking a side. In the words of Skunk Anansie: “yes, it’s fu***ng political, everything’s political”

Tonight we’ve played Dolly, the Time Warp for Tim (with bonus dancing), and Queen in honour of Freddie’s birthday - the most famous of the bisexual men, possibly ever!

I just want to take a moment to thank the incredible staff at Caroline of Brunswick for their Pride celebrations on Saturday!

The pub was busy, very busy, and everyone had a great, safe time. The bar staff worked their cute butts off as always and I genuinely couldn’t have been more proud to DJ the evening for a second year in a row!
