We’re bringing together talented local makers creating tactile, lasting pieces designed to elevate your living spaces:

Cowley Pottery – Distinctive handmade ceramics, including brightly glazed bowls, decorated vases, tea-light holders, and festive decorations. 🏺

Crafty Jay – Porcelain and stoneware ceramics spanning handmade mugs, jugs, and decorative pieces, plus a small collection of cards and purses.

Naya Downes – Beautiful handmade ceramics and pottery pieces.

Aunt Jane's Attic – Decoupaged Christmas decorations made from sustainable wood slices, alongside fabric decorations and hand-sewn hangings.

Fresh pizza straight from the oven tonight. 🍕

Half term is in full swing! If the thought of cooking tonight feels like hard work, let us take care of dinner.

Our pizza night is on this evening from 4pm – 8pm. Fresh 12” made-to-order pizzas loaded with delicious toppings, bubbling mozzarella, and golden, crisp crusts. 🧀🔥

The gift of rest: supporting the nurses who give parents a lifeline. 🏡🩺

Caring for a child with complex medical needs is a 24-hour job. For many parents, an uninterrupted night’s sleep or an afternoon without medication alarms is a rare comfort.

Julia's House Children's Hospice nurses and carers travel directly to families' homes across Dorset to provide specialist, clinical respite care so parents can take a breath, recharge, or spend quality time together:
🩹 £50 supplies a whole month of essential clinical care equipment to keep children safe
🤝 £200 funds a home visit from a family worker to help navigate care and equipment
🩺 £500 provides a full nurse-led respite session in the family home
🌿 £750 funds expert nurse care at home, letting exhausted parents catch up on sleep

Because Julia’s House relies almost entirely on public donations, community events like our Festive Makers Market (Sat 14th Nov) keep these dedicated teams on the road.

Half term starts here! ✨

With a packed lineup of activities across the park this week, we’re opening earlier so you can roll straight from seaside fresh air into lunch or dinner. Think sea-breeze views, great Costa coffee and an easygoing space where everyone can relax together. 🌊

Our main autumn menu is running all day from 12pm – 8pm. Take your pick from prime Framptons Of Bridport steaks, our classic West Dorset fish pie, and vibrant plant-based dishes. 🥩🥧🌿

🎃 SPOOKY SPECIALS ARE HAUNTING MARTIN’S BAR! 🎃

As the autumn mists settle over the park this half term, something deliciously wicked has taken over the kitchen at Martin’s Bar & Restaurant… 👻

If you look closely at our specials board this week, you’ll find a few spellbinding additions crafted to warm your bones and satisfy the hungriest of little monsters after a day of holiday adventures! 🍂💀

Here is what our kitchen wizards have been brewing:

🥣 The Spiced Pumpkin Soup – A velvety, bubbling cauldron of roasted pumpkin and warming autumn spices, topped with crispy "devil’s bacon" and served with warm, rustic granary bread. The ultimate cosy cure for chilly October days! 🍁 (V available)

🍖 Devils Sticky Ribs - A rack of baby pork ribs so tender they fall off the bone, slow-cooked in a dark, sticky, smoky barbecue glaze that’s wickedly good. Served with house slaw and skin-on fries - perfect for those with a beastly appetite! 😈

🧪 Toxic Apple Cocktail – A vibrant, fizzing potion of vodka shaken with tart Apple Sourz, zesty fresh lemon, and topped with sparkling lemonade. Refreshing, with just the right amount of bite! 🍏🍸

🔮 Witches Brew Cocktail – A dark, mysterious elixir of London dry gin and rich blackberry liqueur, churned with freshly squeezed lemon, sweet syrup, and sparkling soda. Watch out - it might just cast a spell on you! 🍇✨

Warming, hearty meat-free favourites 🍄🌿

Our new autumn menu has two fantastic plant-forward dishes to warm you up:

🍄 Wild Mushroom Stroganoff: Tender woodland mushrooms simmered in a savoury, creamy garlic and smoked paprika sauce, served with wild and basmati rice (GF & vegan available).

🌿 Superfood Bowl: Crispy cavolo nero, roasted sweet potato, sprouts, speckled lentils, quinoa, and nashi pear in a tangy creole dressing.

Available on Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays from 4pm and Saturdays from 12pm.
(Tuesdays are curry night, Wednesdays are pizza night, and Sundays are reserved for our Roast on the Coast carvery! 🥩🍷)
