Harvey’s Sussex Best is back on the pumps at The Porters Arms.

A proper classic best bitter from Lewes, brewed with a blend of four local hops to create a beautifully balanced pint.

At 4.0%, it's a great one to settle into. Pop in and enjoy! 🍻

We’re kicking off the week with four cracking cask ales at The Porters Arms:

🐱 Tom Cat – Fat Cat Brewery’s 4.1%
A classic mosaic-hopped pale.

🐕 Big Dog – Green Jack 4.0%
Something a little different from Green Jack. A golden rye ale, malty and easy drinking.

🤠 Slowmotion Gunfights – All Day Brewing 4.6% American Porter, bringing a darker option to the bar.

🍺 Gorgeous George – Mighty Oak’s 4.2%
Copper Best Bitter, a Porters Arms favourite that’s always on.

🍂 A bit cooler outside? Time for a darker b**r. 🍺

New on the bar at The Porters Arms, it’s One for the Wood from Boudicca Brewing.

At 4.0%, this dark ruby mild is quad-hopped and full of character. Just the thing for those cooler days when you fancy something a little darker in your glass.

🍻 New b**rs to kick off the week!

We’ve got two fresh additions on the bar:
🇮🇪 Corkonian Irish Stout – Stump Rat Brewing
A smooth, roasty 4.2% Irish stout, perfect for when you fancy something dark and malty.

🌅 IPA – Wilde Sky Brewing
A light 3.8% IPA, with caramel, fruity and hoppy notes. Easy drinking and full of flavour.

Two very different b**rs, both worth trying. Which one are you going for? 👀🍻

Last week, we received some great news. The Porters Arms has once again been included in The Good B**r Guide! 🎉

It’s a real testament to the hard work of our fantastic team, who are passionate about serving great real ale here in Aylsham.

We’re incredibly proud to be recognised, and a huge thank you to our team and to everyone who continues to support us, enjoy a pint with us and share our love of good b**r.

🍻 Two pub favourites to start the week!

🐱 Marmalade Cat – Fat Cat Brewery | 5.5%
A classic ale with a fine citrus finish. A firm favourite here at The Porters Arms.

🍺 Boddingtons Cask | 4.0%
A proper Northern classic, and we're pleased to have it back on the bar. Smooth, creamy and easy drinking, with the distinctive malt character and gentle bitterness that makes Boddingtons such a classic pint. And, of course, it's cask conditioned and ready to be enjoyed the proper way.

Two favourites, both pouring now. 🍺
