Gwen thoroughly enjoyed her 100th Birthday Lunch at The Axe last Friday. It was the perfect place for her to be surprised with all her friends that turned up - two who she hadn’t seen for many years, Graham Turner Essex All Rounder and his wife Jacky.

The staff were brilliant managing 34 guests, getting their orders and drinks so efficiently, obviously enjoying the party of ‘the little sparrow, who always eats all her dinner!’

Thank you for making Gwen’s celebration such a success!!!!
