🌿 Newport Nature Group Launches Tomorrow at the Coach. 🌿

After the brilliant turnout and energy behind the Newport River Group, we’re proud to say that the Coach & Horses is becoming the "head office" for the Newport Nature Group.

Tomorrow evening we welcome the Newport Nature Group for their inaugural meeting - Wednesday 16th September at 7pm, right here at the pub.

If you care about wildlife, want to meet like minded neighbours, or simply want to be part of shaping something positive for the village, this is a great place to start.

Local people. Local wildlife.

Come along and be part of the very first gathering.

We’re still buzzing from CoachStock - what a weekend that was.

This one’s a little quieter… and honestly, we’re not complaining. It’s the perfect chance to settle in, relax, and enjoy the pub at its best.

CoachStock 2026 – we’re absolutely blown away. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we loved hosting you.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our very first CoachStock.

The incredible turnout, the atmosphere, the kindness - it all exceeded anything we imagined.

A huge thank you to all the bands for superb performances, to the Penny Farthing Circus Arts and Edie Ices Cambridgeshire who kept families smiling, and of course to all of Team Coach for your enormous effort without which this event would never happen.

And a special thank you to Grant from Blues Amigos, who ran all the bands and kept the day flowing as our compere - his hard work and brilliant energy made a huge difference.

We’re also incredibly grateful for every donation made to Accuro. Sue and her team really appreciate your generosity - we’ll share the total raised in an update very soon.
CoachStock 2026 was just the beginning.

Keep an eye out for future announcements – CoachStock will return in 2027.
