is in town and will drop by our terrace for an impromptu Wednesday Tasting. We are very happy to host Adam, who will serve some of these beautiful wines coming from the Burgenland.

Starting at 1700, we will get together under the sun and hopefully learn, drink and discuss. The Beer and Cider Tasting will be postponed for later this summer.

A yearly tradition by now, we celebrate the opening of our terrace with a full rosé tasting!

This weekend we celebrated Oliver Lucca’s last rodeo at our corners. We were lucky to have him with us for these last years, and immensely admire his dedication to wine and service. A naturally gifted blind taster, with tremendous knowledge and always a gentleman behind the bar.

Now he turns West, toward a new chapter entirely his own. We send him off with full hearts and nothing but good fortune ahead.

Friday the March 27th will be our first official day of terrace of 2026! We’ve heard there’s also an artic blast attending but we’re not scared ☃️

Pack a warm jacket just in case, we will take care of the wine and manifest for sunshine 🌞

Wednesday Tasting 11.03.26 • Guest winemaker: Domaine Les Bottes Rouges (Jura)

With the help of our good friends from we will be hosting Jean-Baptiste Menigoz for an informal tasting of his wines from Domaine Les Bottes Rouges.

Jean-Baptiste, biodynamic Jura wine producer, is based in Arbois with vines also in Abergement. He was ten years a teacher in his native Arbois while he dabbled in wine production. After an apprenticeship with Jura-master, Stéphane Tissot, he decided to commit and set up Les Bottes Rouges with 2.5 hectares of vines. He has since developed and now has 7 hectares in the region planted to the classic local varieties. He works organically with elements of Biodynamic production. In the cellar, he employs natural yeasts for fermentations and uses very little sulphur.

Starting at 1700, we will join at the bar and taste together!

Part two of our Zalto experience, but with a twist: this time we will drink the same wine on different glasses and reflect on how they impact each wine.

Mandagsmad • February 23th • Thomas makes Swedish Meatballs

On Monday 23rd Thomas will cook köttbullar. The traditional swedish recipe, with deer meatballs and a side of mashed potatoes, lingonberries and pickled cucumber.

As always, served from 1800, 100kr per person. No reservations or allergies accommodation, just show up with your best swedish sweater!
