Det var i de dage, hvor der var en på arbejde der både skulle passe bar og lave tapas. Heldigvis gik der ikke lang tid før vi kunne være flere til at dele opgaven. Der er over årene kommet mange ægteskaber, børn, og brudte løfter ud af Bibendum. Der er en grund til at den flere gange er blevet nomineret til Byens bedste dating sted. Køkkenet laver Tapas og dagens ret, og vinlisten er lang af egen importerede vine. Gæsterne er fra 25 – 50 år, og har alle lyst til at mæske sig i god vin og øller.
