Product Details
This is our signature Hell Isle Rum infused with a recipe of carefully selected spices. Made to commemorate a sailboat, “Secret Plans”, stolen from one of the Compass founders. The sailboat was tracked to the eye of a hurricane and is presumed lost. We can’t make this up! Spiced rum was a favorite drink onboard and this rum helps relive all the great memories.

Tasting notes: The nose begins with bright pops of pepper and cardamom, wrapped in a sweet vanilla undertone. As the palate opens up, a touch of traditional baking spice plays off of the rum’s tropical, caramelized pastry notes. A blend of chilies builds heat on the tongue which is balanced by a decadent cocoa finish.
