The Pavilion Youth Association (PYA) will be hosting our Annual General Meeting (AGM) today on Monday, March 2nd at 6PM online on Zoom.

Agenda �During the meeting, we will:
* Elect our Executive Board and Members-at-Large.
* Review and approve the previous year’s financial statements (this is attached to our Facebook post for review).
* Discuss our vision for PYA and review events from the past year.
* Address key business topics, including new venue, finances, and future plans.

Hey everyone! It’s that time again!
Mon, March 2nd, 2026 at 6PM the Pavilion Youth Association will have our annual AGM via Zoom and we want to invite you.

We will be electing new executive directors and members at large as well as reviewing all our finances and activities since our last AGM.
