Meet the Chefs! 👨‍🍳

The experience you have with us begins long before a dish reaches your table. It starts in the kitchen; with a team committed to precision, restraint, and thoughtful ex*****on.

Our Executive Chef Brian leads the brigade with a clear, focused approach to flavour and technique. After years spent working abroad, he has returned home to Halifax, now at the helm of the city’s most iconic seafood kitchens.

Chef Viraj began as a commis chef with us over three years ago. His discipline and genuine passion for the craft quickly set him apart, earning him a leadership role where his attention to detail is evident in every plate.

Chef Cody brings balance to the team through consistency and determination. A grill cook at heart, his years of experience in Australia and New Zealand have shaped a grounded, reliable presence in the kitchen—one the team looks to every day.

Together, they bring a quiet discipline to the craft—allowing each ingredient, and each dish, to speak for itself.
