Burnt Pineapple and Horchata Monthly Margarita Especial!

Patron, Roasted Pineapple, Lime, Horchata Icecream, Pasilla.

Horchata is a cold, sweet rice drink designed to cut through heat and spice and served at many taco stands across Mexico. Pairing this with burnt pineapple, we’ve singed the edges, converting it’s acidity into a caramel sweetness. Finished with a touch of spice on top to tie everything together.

Only available for the month of June at Centro 86!

Angel Oro, Mezcal, Lime, Tomatillo, Herbs, Jalapeno, Salt.

A mexican classic, re-imagined with a vibrant and herby parsley, thai basil, and coriander sorbet. An added splash of mezcal complements the Angel Oro, salt and lime, perfectly.
